1. How to login to Joomla as default administrator

This tutorial assumes you have installed and initially configured Joomla and have loaded the administration login page in your browser

1) Click in the User Name field to select it and enter the default user name

2) Select the Password field and enter the password for your account

3) Next click on the Login button

4) Now that you have successfully logged in, let's click on the Administrator user link to access this user record

Once the User Manager record is open we can make changes as needed.

5) Let's change the admin password. Click on the Password field and enter a new password

6) Click in the Confirm Password field and reenter the new password

7) Now click on the Save & Close button

8) Scroll right and click the Logout link

Now the next time you login be sure to use your new admin password
