15. How to maintain the cache in Joomla

This tutorial assumes you are already logged into your Joomla admin panel

1) Select the Site menu option

2) Then down and over to Clear Cache

Here we can select which component cache to clear or select them all

3) Click the checkbox for each component cache you would like to clear

4) Now select the Delete button to clear the cache of each selected component

5) Click additional checkboxes to clear the cache of these components

6) Select the Delete button

7) Let's Purge Expired Cache now. Select the Purge Expired Cache menu tab

8) Select the Purge expired button
